Free Cancellation within 24 Hours
If you need to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you can do so free of charge. During this initial period, our team may have just started processing your order, and a cancellation can be easily accommodated without incurring any additional costs.
Cancellation between 24 - 48 Hours
For cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours after the order is placed, a fee of $30 - $50 will be deducted from your refund. By this time, more work has likely been done on your order, such as fabric allocation and initial preparation for the tailoring process. The exact amount within this range may depend on the specific circumstances of your order.
Cancellation after 48 Hours
If you decide to cancel your order after 48 hours, 50% of the order amount will be deducted from your refund. At this stage, significant resources have been committed to your order, including fabric procurement, pattern - making, and potentially the start of actual tailoring work.
After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. The item is already in transit, and attempts to intercept it may lead to additional costs and complications. We recommend carefully reviewing your order details before finalizing the purchase to avoid such situations.
